Meg Cleal is General Manager at Potter House.
Meg is an experienced care home leader with over seven years’ experience in adult social care, specialising in commissioning, service improvement and operational leadership. Passionate about building positive cultures, Meg believes exceptional care starts with supported, empowered teams. Her hands-on leadership style focuses on creating environments where residents feel safe, valued and truly at home, while helping colleagues grow in confidence and deliver the highest standards of person-centred care.
Meg believes great care homes aren’t built by policies alone—they’re built by great people working together with a shared purpose to make every day meaningful for the residents they support. Outside of work, Meg enjoys spending time with her family, walking her miniature dachshunds and exploring the Somerset and Dorset countryside.
