OpenScore is an independent score out of ten that allows you, the care seeker, to make a truly informed choice about the care services you wish to consider.
For the first time there is a score made up from multiple data sources, enabling you to easily compare care homes with up-to-date and relevant scores. You no longer need to rely on out-dated information.
Replacing 'Profile Strength', a care home's OpenScore will display on Autumna search result pages and on the care provider profile page as shown in the examples below.

We are testing this feature amongst some of our care partners in order to ensure it is of the highest quality. It will be available on all profiles in the future. If you would like information about an organisation that doesn't display an OpenScore, please call us on 01892 335 330.
The score is then grouped into broader descriptions for ease of understanding and comparison between care homes.
