Meet The Manager

Paul Brady is Village Manager at Richmond Villages Wood Norton.

I am looking forward to recruiting, developing and nurturing a great team of people, so that together we can deliver brilliant customer service, helping residents live longer, healthier, happier lives!

Paul Brady

The Village Care Home at Wood Norton provides nursing and residential-dementia care. We have designed this space to be bright and beautifully presented with professionally designed interiors.

Corridors and communal areas are wide and airy making this an easy space to navigate and walk through. It’s lovely place to reside and spend time as a family member or guest. The home will feature two wings: one to support residents living with dementia, and another for frail and elderly residents where we provide 24/7 nursing care.

We are more than just a care home in that the surrounding facilities of the villages are accessible to our care home residents, including the tranquil, heated pool that features a comfortable hoist. Our fitness professionals from our onsite fitness gym visit the care home regularly to ensure residents can participate in innovative exercise such as seated yoga and mobility building tai chi if they wish.

Care Home Manager

I was born in Ashington, Northumberland and lived in Blyth until I was 29 years old. I am married with two grown up children and I am Currently living in Bromsgrove. I've always worked in care services and I've held various different roles. I started as a 17 year old girl who did the washing up in an elderly care home in Whitley Bay and I've worked very hard to where I am today.
