Meet The Manager

Jane Edwards is Manager at Willowbrook View.

Having qualified in the early 1990s, much of my career was spent within the NHS, where I gained a wealth of experience in healthcare and leadership. Since the Covid pandemic, I have transitioned into the private sector, focusing particularly on elderly care — a field I find deeply rewarding.

I have a naturally inquisitive nature and a passion for history, which makes engaging with residents and learning about their life stories a true pleasure. I believe these stories and experiences are not only fascinating but also enrich our understanding of the people we care for, fostering deeper connections and more personalised care.

I am excited to join the Connaught Care Collection — a portfolio of six homes dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. I look forward to contributing my skills, experience, and enthusiasm to help create an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and truly at home.
