Meet The Manager

Nomusa Muhlwa is Care Home Manager at Dover House.

Nomusa Muhlwa

Dover House provides high quality affordable accommodation for people who need 24-hour nursing care, particularly those with dementia. We offer a home for life with Registered Nurses on hand to cater for the changing needs of individual residents.

It is critical that we serve our residents well and we seek to do this using the principles of Servant Leadership. This makes for a fulfilling working environment which in turn benefits our residents and their families and the care professionals we work with.

We believe it is important to understand each resident’s past and present relationships to others and to empower them to talk about their memories and give them a chance to contribute and feel involved. We pride ourselves on providing Relationship Centred Care which puts each resident at the heart of a mutually beneficial relationship between their family and friends, our staff and healthcare professionals.
