What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe | ||
---|---|---|
St Cross Care Home has a robust Clinical Governance Framework in place to ensure high standards of safety and care. The home operates with openness and transparency, working collaboratively with external stakeholders and local safeguarding teams. All colleagues receive appropriate training relevant to their roles, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver safe and effective care. An independent quality consultant oversees the Clinical Governance Framework to provide objective insight and assurance. The Director of Operations conducts regular provider visits, at least once a month, to maintain oversight and drive continuous improvement. St Cross maintains staffing levels above the industry standard, ensuring residents receive supportive, personalised care and that team members are well-supported in their roles. |
