At Springvale Care Home, all ground floor garden rooms have doors with access to a patio area, and all rooms to the rear have magnificent views of the Campsie Fells. We also have beautiful lounges across two floors, dining rooms, games rooms and a café bar, as well as assisted bathrooms. Additional facilities include a cinema, a beauty salon and private dining rooms where families and friends can celebrate together with their loved one(s).

All of the bedrooms here at Springvale Care Home are beautifully designed and come fully equipped for all medical needs as well as all modern comforts needed to create that home-from-home feeling; our rooms are the ultimate balance between luxury and comfort, with each and every suite having access to its own en-suite bathroom, television and music system.

Our carefully considered bedrooms are the perfect place for residents to add any personal belongings that will really help them feel at home. It is extremely important to us that all residents see Springvale Care Home as a place where they feel secure, comfortable and look forward to inviting their friends and family to visit.

Amy gained her BSc in Adult Nursing in 2014 and she worked briefly in the acute sector before realising that her passion was care of the elderly. Amy joined the team in Springvale in 2017 when the home opened.

Deputy Manager

Stephanie joined the Springvale team in February 2020 as the Clinical Services Manager and has since been promoted to the Deputy Manager role. She brings a wealth of experience to her role with her background in adult nursing and on gaining her nursing degree she specialised in oncology and palliative care. Stephanie has overs 11 years experience in a variety of care and nursing roles and takes great delight in supporting such a dedicated team who focus on delivering care that is unique to each resident.

James joined the Springvale team in 2018 and brought with him over 25 years experience in the care home catering industry and provides training on nutrition and textured modified diets for all staff. James’ favourite part of his job is spending time with the residents and getting to know their preferences needs and he hosts weekly baking classes with the residents as well as an evening gentleman’s club.

Karen joined the Springvale team in 2020 and has over 20 years experience in care home environments. She takes so much pride in the cleanliness of the home and likes nothing more than to interact with the residents and their families to ensure that we offer a warm and homely setting.

Pat has been a key member of the Springvale team for a couple of teams and is the man who can fix it. Pat enjoys helping out the residents and staff with any requests and describes working at Springvale as being more like family than a workplace.

Carol joined the Springvale team in 2021 and is often the first point of contact for the residents and their loved ones. Carol gains great enjoyment form her role and hosts a popular weekly chair aerobic classes with the residents.

We’re proud to be able to serve our residents high-quality, nutritional meals and provide an experience they’ll never forget. Springvale Care Home recognises the role a great dining experience plays in making sure our residents are as happy as they can be, and our on-site chefs and catering teams constantly provide a variety of meals that achieve just that. 

For many of us, good food is one of the greatest enjoyments in life. Residents will find an enticing and varied menu on offer each day. Our onsite chef and his team cater for food preferences, nutritional and dietary requirements. Friends and family are welcome at any time and we have a private dining room available to host a celebration with friends and family. Our delicious meals, paired with our luxurious dining facilities, make for the perfect dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
