Meet The Manager
Victor Dewson is Home Manager at Springvale Care Home.
I joined Team Springvale in January 2021 as home manager. I have been a nurse for 36 years years and worked in a variety of NHS settings including community nursing before moving to the care home sector. I have held a variety of roles including regional director for 12 years and I am now enjoying managing Springvale with the support of a wonderful and dedicated team of staff.
Springvale Care Home is a purpose-built luxury care home in Lennoxtown, Glasgow. We offer luxurious en-suite accommodation, with the highest levels of Residential, Dementia, Respite Care and Nursing support for all residents from our highly trained, compassionate team.
Our home is built on the philosophy that residents deserve to lead a fulfilling life; our professional staff pride themselves on offering a caring and supportive environment where everyone can enjoy an independent and meaningful life each and every day.

At Springvale Care Home, all ground floor garden rooms have doors with access to a patio area, and all rooms to the rear have magnificent views of the Campsie Fells. We also have beautiful lounges across two floors, dining rooms, games rooms and a café bar, as well as assisted bathrooms. Additional facilities include a cinema, a beauty salon and private dining rooms where families and friends can celebrate together with their loved one(s). |
