The home operates with openness and transparency, working collaboratively with external stakeholders and local safeguarding teams.

All colleagues receive appropriate training relevant to their roles, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver safe and effective care.

An independent quality consultant oversees the Clinical Governance Framework to provide objective insight and assurance.

The Director of Operations conducts regular provider visits, at least once a month, to maintain oversight and drive continuous improvement.

Park Manor maintains staffing levels above the industry standard, ensuring residents receive supportive, personalised care and that team members are well-supported in their roles.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

There are no fixed visiting hours, so friends and family can come and go at any time. Whether it’s relaxing in your own room, enjoying a chat and a glass of wine with friends before dinner, or taking a gentle stroll in the landscaped gardens, life at Park Manor is what you want it to be.

You’ll also enjoy daily-changing menus of our restaurant quality food and a choice of an alcoholic drink with all main meals. Our chefs are able to cater for all your individual dietary requirements.

All our rooms have been furnished by professional interior designers to reflect the peace and tranquillity of country living. They feature the highest standard of fixtures, fittings and fabrics.

Bedrooms at Park Manor offer you the ultimate privacy, comfort and security.

Each room comes with an en-suite wet room with walk-in shower and a flatscreen television for your personal entertainment. Our rooms also benefit from a personal direct dial telephone system, allowing you to communicate with friends and family from the privacy of your own room, plus a state-of-the-art 24-hour nurse call system so you can summon assistance at any time.

Beds are electronically adjustable with multi-postural positioning. Rooms are fully furnished with space for personal items should this be required.

All rooms are cleaned daily, with regular spot cleaning and rubbish removal. Linen and towels are provided, along with a personal laundry service. Personal belongings that make you feel at home are warmly encouraged, such as paintings and photos, and personal mementos.

We all know that keeping active is important – mental and physical stimulation is widely recognised as a way of improving general well-being. At Park Manor, our Health & Wellness programme is specially designed to do just that.

Each week, our dedicated Health and Wellness team plans a programme for you that includes arts and crafts, various workshops, music, entertainment and gardening to name a few.

Indeed, many of the residents see living at Park Manor as an opportunity to develop a new skill or interest. The programme caters for a wide range of needs and abilities, so anyone can participate.
