Laura Clegg is Commissioning Manager at Manor Park.
Laura is a Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience, more than half of which has been dedicated to adult social care. Her career has spanned a variety of roles—from hands-on care to operational and regional leadership—but her passion has always been in delivering outstanding quality and outcomes for the people she supports. Most recently, Laura completed a Master’s in Advancing Healthcare Practice, reflecting her strong belief that continual learning leads to better care. She’s thrilled to be bringing Manor Park Care Home to life and looks forward to working with a brilliant team to create a warm, welcoming, and exceptional home for residents. Outside of work, Laura enjoys experimenting with international recipes in the kitchen and spending time in Scotland with her daughter and two cheeky but lovable grandsons.

Sandstone Care Group are working closely with Public Health, Local Authorities, and the Care Quality Commission to implement all guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic. We carefully follow guidance from Public Health England and Wales combined with the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales and the Local Authority for information. Residents and families are kept up to date through regular contact with our home managers. Our staff have all received the relevant specialist training on infection control. Our homes have increased the frequency of sanitation including high-frequency touchpoints. Our housekeepers have received additional training and guidance and, along with their existing cleaning schedules, using commercial grade quality cleaning products, they will continue to keep our homes clean and safe. Staff arrive in their own clothes and change into a clean uniform on site. |
