Located in the picturesque town of Malton, North Yorkshire, Manor Park combines modern design and advanced technology with the highest standards of care and premium comfort.
Our new home will feature a Sales and Marketing Suite, opening in June 2025, with the first residents moving in by October 2025. Home assessments and visits can also be arranged from June 2025.
We are thrilled to be opening in such a beautiful, historical town and look forward to partnering with local organisations to enrich the lives of our residents and the wider community.
The home will provide luxury residential and residential dementia care in a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

Sandstone Care Group are working closely with Public Health, Local Authorities, and the Care Quality Commission to implement all guidelines regarding the coronavirus pandemic. We carefully follow guidance from Public Health England and Wales combined with the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales and the Local Authority for information. Residents and families are kept up to date through regular contact with our home managers. Our staff have all received the relevant specialist training on infection control. Our homes have increased the frequency of sanitation including high-frequency touchpoints. Our housekeepers have received additional training and guidance and, along with their existing cleaning schedules, using commercial grade quality cleaning products, they will continue to keep our homes clean and safe. Staff arrive in their own clothes and change into a clean uniform on site. |
