Our dedicated and professional team at Loveday Abbey Road are not only exceptionally kind and caring, but also consistently go above and beyond to make sure that every individual residing in one of our tailormade suites enjoy the utmost support in living their lives to the full on a daily basis.

Loveday is justly viewed as a world-class provider of tailored, compassionate care for people living with dementia and I am very proud of the vibrantly happy environment we create for all our Members – not to mention the daily sense of joy, engagement and relaxation provided by delicious food, wonderful, tailormade entertainment and superlative attention to every detail.

One of Loveday Abbey Road’s most charming features is the large dining room with adjacent private dining room, which opens up invitingly via elegant French doors onto our world-class, carefully researched and designed sensory garden to the rear, created to guarantee Members the opportunity to exercise, dine or simply relax year-round in an outdoor setting. 

Depending on preference, Members can select suites overlooking the animation of Abbey Road or the serene calm of the sensory garden.

Each home benefits from the development of a detailed virus infection plan which includes but not limited to, indoor air quality protocols, a robust sanitizing and disinfecting regime, surface finishes, staff and visitor management, diagnostics, the early identification of symptoms and specific quarantine units.

Lisa’s role at Loveday is centred around Membership services, handling any enquiries from Members and their loved ones surrounding the Day Club, Loveday Residences, Respite or Loveday at Home.

A passionate people person with a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional services and experiences, Lisa has worked in hospitality, events and care settings; she is adept at understanding individual needs and is highly resourceful and responsive. Lisa’s previous role as the Client Relationship Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a leading care home provider, coupled with her own personal experience of caring for a loved one, has equipped her with the knowledge, compassion and expertise for working in the care sector.  She understands from a personal perspective the stresses and apprehension about finding care solutions for loved ones and is determined to ease the pressure and transition for anybody seeking advice and support.

A highly innovative, evidence based activities schedule designed around five elements to ensure each member lives everyday well, it has been created in collaboration with the University of West London's Gellar Institute of Ageing and Memory. Activities ranging from art to language, music and story telling to help improve their interactions, mood, mobility, developed around individual hobbies, interested and insights from home assessments and lifestyle interviews.
