John's career in the health and social care sector began in 2010, when he commenced work as a carer. Over the years, through dedication, professionalism, and a consistent focus on person-centred care, he progressed through a range of roles, gaining invaluable insight into all aspects of care delivery and management.
In 2023, John made the decision to take a brief career break to focus on family life and explore opportunities within the hospitality industry. John joined the team at Heaton House in August 2024, bringing not only his extensive experience but also a renewed sense of purpose. He is committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and compassionate environment for both residents and staff, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently upheld.

Fully equipped facilities include two bathrooms (one with an assisted bath and the other with a shower) and three toilets, one on each floor. Dining is a highlight at Heaton House, where fresh, home-cooked meals are prepared daily by our trained staff, who cater to special diets and individual needs. Residents enjoy a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with snacks, tea, and coffee available throughout the day. |

Each room is equipped with specialist facilities, allowing residents to contact the care team at any time for added peace of mind. |
