Laura Cook
Customer Relations Manager

I've been in the care industry for over 4 years now, and am really looking forward to introducing the community of Wickford to Eve Belle Care Home. As a Customer Relations Manager, my role is to welcome people into the home, show families around who are looking for care for their loved one, and guide them through the process of finding support in later life. The best part about my job is watching a resident settle into their new home, make new friends and enjoy themselves, and improve their quality of life. I'm always on hand to support both the residents and their families, and also our local community of Wickford.
