Meet The Manager

Gemma Brown is Manager at Cotswolds Rise.

I have worked in residential care supporting older adults for the last 12 years; the values and ethos of Hartford Care resonate with me personally and professionally, and therefore I am thrilled to be a part of the Team. I started my career in care as a Care Assistant and fell in love with supporting people and assisting residents living with dementia to live as fulfilled a life as possible. My strengths lie in creating a safe environment where residents and staff alike are valued, respected, and given opportunities to flourish.

Gemma Brown

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Air Filtration & Purification We are using air filtration and/or air purification devices within our care setting.
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Sterilisation & Disinfection Devices We are using sterilisation and/or disinfection devices within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
