Elena Paraschiv is Manager at Beechgrove Care Home.
Elena came from Romania, her biggest dream was to become a nurse and work in the UK and wear the “Navy Blue” uniform. She loves looking after elderly people, one of the reasons being that she never got to know her grandparents. She joined Beechgrove in 2019 and hopes her passion, skills and friendly demeanour make a real difference to our residents’ lives.
Elena accepted the Deputy Manager's post in January 2020, giving her a new challenge and career path within the care sector. She continues to develop her knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible care and environment for our residents.
