Justine Thelwell is Care Home Manager at Bayards Court.

Justine is a qualified Registered Nurse with over 30 years' experience in the care sector. She began her nursing career in Liverpool in 1988 and went on to spend a decade at King Edward VII Hospital in London, caring for high-profile patients including members of the Royal Family.

Justine was drawn to Vivant Care’s core values of enriching lives and passion for delivering extraordinary living, every day. These principles align closely with her own values and leadership philosophy. She is keen to implement them throughout the home, supporting residents to lead meaningful lives and inspiring her team to flourish in their careers.
