Stephanie Green is Home Manager at Aston Court Care Home.
I have always worked in health and social care, working for both the NHS and private sector. I have been in operations management for the past 10 years, but decided I missed the resident facing role - making a difference to the residents' experience and supporting my team to learn and grow is what I enjoy most about working here, as I am so passionate about people. I live locally to Aston Court and have 4 children and one granddaughter. In my spare time I enjoy spending it with family and doing anything music related.
Aston Court offers long-term residential, nursing, convalescence, palliative and respite care.Aston Court takes pride in ensuring that its often frail residents can enjoy a safe and comfortable setting and the purpose-built home is surrounded by landscaped grounds.
