Residents have access to a private terrace and rooftop café where they can enjoy views out to the sea. As an enhanced service to residents, twice-weekly GP visits are conducted at Dean Wood Care Home, enabling residents to receive regular, personalised medical reviews as part of the approach to person-centred care. Dean Wood employs professional chefs, who are committed to good health and nutrition. They provide a varied menu of tasty food which residents can choose to enjoy in privacy or socialising with others. Entertainment and promoting a stimulating lifestyle were in mind when this home was designed. Dean Wood has its own cinema room, hair salon and therapy room.
