Alex brings with her a wealth of experience across the health and social care sector. Her career has taken her across Europe, supporting vulnerable adults in Germany, Austria, Italy and Portugal, before making England her home in 2014.Having grown from Health Care Assistant to Deputy Manager and now Home Manager, Alex is deeply committed to compassionate, person-centred care and positive, values-led leadership. She holds a Level 5 Diploma and a BSc in Health and Social Care and is currently studying for a Master’s in International Business Management.Alex’s leadership is grounded in kindness, empathy and inclusion.
