Marion Wak-Williams is Home Manager at Cuffley Manor Care Home.
"I am honoured to be part of the team as Home Manager at Cuffley Manor and thrilled to join the TLC Family. I believe in our vision to be the number one UK leading Care Home of Excellence in Dementia, Nursing and Resident Care.
I started my nursing career in 2010 when I qualified as a Registered Nurse. I worked in the NHS for three years, then moved to Private Healthcare to have further opportunities to build relationships with residents and their families. I have also achieved Accredited End-of-Care Champion with Marie Curie Hospice Hospital and Outstanding CQC Rating.
I excel in delivering excellent care. I pride myself on making the right choices for the team and residents, always acting in the best interest of those we are caring for. I ensure that the team delivers a positive outcome for the residents to live happy and fulfilling lives."
