Robert Kornas is Care Home Manager at Compton Lodge.
Robert has worked in care since 2005 and has experience in different roles within the industry. He is passionate about providing exceptional person-centred care for residents using the C&C services and guidance and assistance of the rest of his care team.
Robert has worked for C&C since 2013, with his first role being at C&C's Homemead care home, where he developed his managerial and leadership skills.
He currently holds a QCF Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Relatives and residents of Compton Lodge particularly value the kindness of staff and say that the care given is amazing. We offer personal care for up to 32 residents, including specialist dementia residential care, and temporary (respite) care.
