Maggie Griffiths is Manager at Church Farm Nursing Home.
I have worked in care for 30 years starting my career as a care assistant. Over the years I have continued working and developing my career in elderly care becoming a deputy manager followed by a home manager. I feel I bring a broad and variety of experience and success to my role with Church Farm Care.
Based in beautiful Cotgrave, just south of Nottingham, we specialise in the care of people living with dementia.
Living at Church Farm at Cotgrave, people share their lives with a family of people living and working together. There are three households, each feels familiar and is designed to reflect the needs and support the lifestyles of the people living there. Lifelong occupations continue in people’s daily life.
We believe that each person is an individual with a life history that we respect. We promote self-esteem and encourage independence whilst providing a comfortable and safe environment to help people feel at home.
