Jian Chunmei is the Home Manager at Cherry Hinton Care Home, bringing over a decade of dedicated service and leadership within the TLC Group since joining in 2013.Her commitment to enriching residents’ lives and cultivating a supportive team culture is evident in every aspect of her work. Completing CIPD training strengthened her expertise in people management, allowing her to foster strong, collaborative relationships and ensure consistently high standards of care.Jian has been instrumental in championing TLC’s Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation, reflecting her excellence in both staff engagement and resident support. As a qualified mental health first aider, she also plays a vital role in promoting team wellbeing.
Our care home, located in the tranquil part of Cambridge, provides residents with both: peacefulness from the surrounding nature, as well as a strong and active community life. At TLC Cherry Hinton Care Home we enable residents to enjoy a wide range of facilities, so your loved one will be able to get pampered in our beauty salon, share nutritious meals in the purpose built restaurant or spend time with friends and family members in our beautiful outdoor spaces.
