Dinesh Francis is The Home Manager at Carlton Court Care Home.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in nursing in India in 2008 and worked as a Paediatric nurse from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, I came to the UK and started my Master's in advanced nursing whilst studying and worked as a unit leader in a care home. In 2011 I was promoted to a Care Coordinator and then in 2014, I was again promoted to Deputy Manager. In 2022 I was then promoted to Home Manager.
I am extremely passionate about care and looking after our elderly residents so getting the opportunity to support and guide Cooperscroft on their journey to outstanding was a huge privilege.
