Sara Goodwin
Deputy Manager

I have been the Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court since the beginning of May this year. I am committed to ensuring our lovely residents get the very best out of life. I coordinate the care team to make sure the residents are safe and supported within the home.

For over 14 years I have been lucky enough to work in the care sector. My first position was an activities coordinator and I quickly got promoted to Deputy Manager. Before entering the care sector, I worked in Portugal as a researcher in social care with unemployed women, elderly people and people with disabilities. My main is working with people, motivating and coaching them to be the best they can. This also applies to my lovely residents!

I'm originally from Portugal and have fallen in love with the UK and its people.  In my spare time, I love clambering over old ruins, visiting castles and historic monuments and travelling around Europe.

SANDY HAMBLYN
SANDY HAMBLYN
HOME ADMISSIONS ADVISOR

My role is to welcome people into our beautiful home and help them through what is often a very emotional time of their life; choosing a care environment for themselves or a family member. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Cinnamon Care Collection team, working with such passionate and dedicated people who want to make a real difference to our residents’ lives. Everything we do is about getting the little things right for our residents, so they are safe and have the greatest quality of life for their time.

I have been working in the care sector for over 10 years, initially as an office manager and then for the last six years as a home admission advisor.  After working as a tax advisor and then owning my own jewellery business, I feel I have finally found my niche and I love working in this role.

The Importance Of Meal Times

At Cinnamon we believe in delicious, home-cooked food, attentive service and understanding what each resident enjoys. Every meal we serve has to be something we’d be proud to present to our nearest and dearest at a special family gathering.
