Nicki Mitchell is Family Liaison Manager at The Orchards.
As a Family Liaison Manager, I work with families like yours every day, and know that choosing a care home can feel like a big step. That’s why, for over 25 years, at Greensleeves Care we have worked to make moving into care less daunting. I’m excited to show you what The Orchards has to offer.
It all starts with our flexible no-obligation trial, so you get to try before committing longer term. Our approach to care means you get skill with a smile, a nice cup of tea before you even realise you want one, and a joke when you need it. We think that’s all part of good caring.
Being a charity means our focus is on people, not pockets. And with our Home for Life Commitment, you’ll never be asked to leave if your funds run out. Because that’s part of good caring too.
Our doors are open and we cannot wait to show you around.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant. We believe that, as staff members, we are guests in our residents’ home and as such we act accordingly. |
