All homes have an infection control champion. Through a range of feedback mechanisms, we constantly monitor the quality of our services by actively encouraging confidential and open compliments, complaints or concerns from residents, colleagues, relatives and Health and Social Care Professionals; this valuable feedback helps us to evolve our services and shape the way that we work. |

This lovely home has a selection of great spots to socialise, dine, exercise and be creative – many with lovely garden views. The pretty enclosed garden, tended to by some of the Residents, is a favourite setting in which to relax with friends and family. The hairdressing salon is popular, and Residents also enjoy spending time pursuing their hobbies and interests and enjoying the treatment room. |

Assisted by suggestions from our Residents, our home’s Wellbeing Coordinators organise a varied year round programme of things to do. Many Residents take pleasure in hobbies, including baking, writing, gardening, dancing, painting, quizzes, and playing chess. Some enjoy being a member of the Residents’ forum. There’s plenty to do outside the home too, and our specially adapted minibus takes Residents on trips to nearby places of interest to them, such as animal sanctuaries, the theatre, gardening and shopping centres. |
