Meet The Manager

Adam Roberts is The Home Manager at All Hallows Nursing Home.

I have been in the care sector since 2003, working across different fields from Mental Health to Learning Disabilities.  I started with NorseCare as a Care and Support Worker, working in many different roles and have recently become the Manager at All Hallows.

I have found my passion leading the team to deliver the high quality values of NorseCare, ensuring that we remain a market leader of residential homes providing a truly homely feel for the people who live with us.  I find there is something very special in being able to support people to lead positive, independent lives, providing dignity and supporting those living with dementia and nursing care needs.
