Meet The Manager
Linda Curtis is Manager at St Nicholas House.
When I first left school, I knew that care was my vocation. I have worked in the care sector for many years and started with NorseCare in 2004. I have always found the job fulfilling and have built good relationships with both residents and their families, giving the best care possible.
I moved to St Nicholas House in 2015 as Deputy Manager. We have an excellent team and I am always encouraging and supporting staff with new ways of working. I am now embracing the opportunity of being the Manager.
I pride myself on providing person centred care and am passionate about all the residents I support. Seeing them each day, smiling and chatting with staff and other residents in an environment that feels like home is the best reward of the role.
St Nicholas House is our residential care home in Dereham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
