Jasmine Hayhoe is Manager at St Edmunds.
With 17 years of experience in the care industry, I am dedicated to providing a safe, homely and supportive environment for our long-term and respite residents.
My journey in the care sector began 17 years ago as a Care Coordinator for a social care agency. In this role, I quickly realised the importance of first-hand care experience in understanding and meeting the needs of residents. This realisation motivated me to gain direct care experience, and I transitioned to roles where I could engage more closely with residents.
My approach is centred around person-centred care. I believe in treating each resident as an individual with unique needs, preferences, and life stories. My Team and I strive to create a homely atmosphere where everyone feels valued.
St Edmunds is our residential care home in the South Norfolk village of Attleborough. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
