Hello, my name is Scott and I am the Home Manager at Cherry Tree Lodge. I have spent my entire career in the caring profession, having been inspired by my experience as part of a foster family. My focus is always on how I can deliver a positive impact on people’s lives, whether it’s the people I care for, the relatives, or the team I work with.
Beginning my career as a health care assistant, I have a range of care qualifications and experience that includes working across both nursing and residential homes, improving care and services and ensuring the best outcomes for residents and families.
I knew early on that my vocation was to work in the care sector, and I have had so many rewarding experiences as well as facing the challenges that are so common in the sector. I expect high standards from myself and my team and the wellbeing of each individual resident or patient is always at the centre of everything I do.
Cherry Tree Lodge is a 76 bed home situated in Warwickshire. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia.
We strive to create a homely environment at Cherry Tree Lodge, and we want our residents to not just think of us as ‘a’ home, but as ‘home’.
