Vicki Morl is Home Manager at Woodlands Residential Care Home.
I love my role as Home Manager: at Woodlands, we really believe that everyone deserves excellent care and to live in a happy home. Since the age of fifteen, I've worked in the care industry in a variety of care settings such as residential, nursing, learning disabilities and mental health, as well as domiciliary care. My passion is in elderly care; everyone is unique and has an interesting story to tell.
Throughout my time, I've gained a number of qualifications, such as NVQs at Levels 2, 3, and 4, and a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care and Management. I am proud to work for a family -company that puts the residents at the forefront of everything they do. Woodlands has a really strong and experienced team so we never have to use agency staff, and build lasting bonds with our residents.
For over 50 years Woodlands has been providing exceptional care to local families in Church Crookham, Farnham and surrounding areas in Surrey and Hampshire. Run by 3 generations of the Lee family, Woodlands is proud to be rated Outstanding by CQC.
Our 39 bespoke ensuite bedrooms are arranged around a beautiful central courtyard and landscaped gardens, with safe and peaceful winding paths through bluebell woods and numerous ponds.
Our experienced, dedicated staff delivers personalised 24-hour residential care. We have a strong permanent team and do not use agency staff, ensuring continuity of care for residents and their families.
Every member of our staff shares our Sunflower Approach to care: Loyalty, Adoration and Longevity. The Sunflower Approach at Woodlands is our unique, person-centred care ethos designed to deliver compassionate care for every resident’s needs and preferences.
Woodlands offers a happy, more personal, intimate setting; owners and staff often build close relationships with residents, enriching the lives of those who choose to live with us.
For more than five decades, families in Fleet have trusted Woodlands to provide outstanding, personalised care that only a long-established family-run home can offer.
