Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Our 'visitor pod' is located in our conservatory and has been especially constructed to ensure that family and friends visiting the home are safe and warm.

Our team members are COVID tested weekly and our residents are routinely tested every month.

New residents to our home are COVID tested before move in and once they have arrived with us, spend a period of time in their own rooms to ensure that should they display any covid symptoms, they are not mixing generally with the other residents. This is to keep everyone safe. Any further details regarding our move in protocol, please contact Donna the Home Manager
