Meet The Manager

Sandra Carr is Home Manager at Dovehaven Grove.

Sandra has been the Home Manager since Dovehaven Grove opened its doors as part of the Dovehaven family in May 2020.
Sandra explained 'we are passionate about the care we deliver, and all staff members understand that we all have a part to play in our resident’s care. We care for those with a dementia or the symptoms associated with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
We take great pride in our meal service as food is a big part of our resident’s daily life. From breakfast to supper, a varied choice of options to tempt even the smallest of appetites are available.
Lastly, our activity programme is designed to actively support our resident’s hobbies and interests. The whole team participate in meaningful and therapeutic pastimes to encourage social participation and to encourage gentle exercise for the body and mind.

I encourage anyone who has a need to search for dementia care, to contact me, I'm here to help.'
