Meet The Manager

Akin Oyelekan is Home Manager at Warren Lodge Care Home.

"I joined the team at Warren Lodge at the end of 2022 after working in the care sector for over 18 years. I hold an MBA, a BSc, a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care and a Registered Manager (Adults) Award.

Having worked for several leading care companies in the capacity of leadership, management, and commissioning services, I have extensive experience in managing care homes for older people, including people who live with dementia, learning/physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. I also have a wealth of experience when it comes to managing larger teams.

My motto is to 'provide a service we and our loved ones would like to receive.'

I’m a family-oriented person, I love travelling and meeting new people. I have recently relocated from London to Kent, and I’m loving it."
