Louise Garrett
Adminstrator

Hello,

My name is Louise and I am the Home Administrator at Tree Tops Court Care Home.

I have over 25 years’ experience working in customer Care & Administration. I joined the Tree Tops Court Team in 2015. Before this I worked for HMRC and for Northcliffe Newspapers. I didn’t have a background working in a care home environment, so this was new for me. I settled in well and enjoyed meeting our lovely residents and their families.

There are many aspects to my role, from Payroll and Recruitment, to Resident Accounts, Contracts and enquiries. My past experience in customer care enables me to assist with family members who have a variety of questions and at times concerns about a loved one needing to be placed in a care home. I give them reassurance, during an uncertain time for all. The best interest of our residents and their families will always be at the heart of my job and I feel honoured and privileged to work with and meet such beautiful people.
