Meet The Manager

Bryony Lock is Manager at The Millings.

Bryony became the Manager at The Millings when she was appointed in December 2024, following just over a year working as Deputy Manager.

Bryony started with the Millings in 2021 as a Care Assistant and progressed up the ladder from there.

Bryony initially started her working life off training to be a hairdresser at 17 and initially I worked part-time in salon and part-time in a care home. The hairdressing role assisted with working in care as you needed to be able to listen and approachable.

Bryony describes The Millings a very special home filled with a love and a kind of sparkle that is hard to describe until visited.
