Meet The Manager

Diane Hagan is Manager at The Hall Residential Home.

We welcome Diane back to The Hall. After a short period away from us, she is back where she belongs and we couldn’t be happier.

Having served as manager for more than a decade, Diane left to pursue other avenues but only found herself missing The Hall too much. She rejoins us and is keen to take our wonderful home forward.

Diane Hagan

The Hall Residential Care Home, situated in Thornton-le-Dale, North Yorkshire, is the perfect balance between a luxury residential setting and down to earth care and attention.

We specialise in looking after those living with dementia and have vast knowledge on how to deliver the most appropriate care and work very closely with the charity Dementia Forward.

If you feel we are the home you or your loved ones are looking for, why not call us on 01751 474789 and speak with our manager Diane Hagen who will be happy to discuss any questions you might have. We encourage visitors and so if you want to spend a morning, lunchtime or afternoon with us to find out for yourself, we just love having the opportunity to show how what we boast here comes to life! Activities Are So Important

Activities is something we major on! Life has to be fun and so life at The Hall is independence when you want it, support when you need it and our residents choose to dip in and dip out as they wish. Choice is everything.

We have an abundance of both energetic and peaceful pastimes to suit the tastes of all who live with us, brilliantly spearheaded by Steph, whose tireless wok for The Hall and indeed the wider community, is a sight to see. So much so that we have more local volunteers getting involved at The Hall than anywhere else we are aware of! The Hall is a central part of village life in Thornton Dale and our staff team work really hard to keep it that way.
