For those who are looking for the reassurance of constant professional care but would also like to feel at home, then nursing care may be the way forward. Alongside all the benefits of residential care, nursing care adds the additional security of 24-hour care provision from a qualified nursing team.

Available at Sutton Manor, our nursing care is shaped around the specific needs of the people we look after. We are first and foremost a family business which has been operating since 1972. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for those we care for, creating a home from home atmosphere and are proud to have looked after generations of families, which is testament to the wonderful care out team provide.

Our team spend a lot of time getting to know each resident as an individual, learning their preferences and understanding their concerns, working hand in hand with GPs and other associated care professionals to provide outstanding personalised nursing care.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

Sutton Manor considers the safety of its residents, staff and visitors as paramount. We have contact tracing in place, use Lateral Flow testing (LFT) for internal visits under exceptional circumstances, LFT for staff twice a week and PCR testing once a week for the staff and every 28 days with residents. Robust enhanced infection control measures are in place and staff are given a regular training to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required of them. Please contact the Home for more information, we are always happy to discuss any COVID related matters with you.

Infection Control Initiatives in place

Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
