I learnt to cook at the young age of 9, and at the age of 16, I got my first job in a restaurant kitchen. It was at this point I was ‘hooked’ on cooking, and had been on an amazing food adventure ever since trying every new ingredient I could get my hands on. It has been an upward journey ever since then. I have worked in a large variety of hotels, clubs, international sporting events, bistros, and Michelin-starred restaurants in four different countries. After spending 10 years down under, I made the decision to return home and am delighted about my role at Harrier Grange.

I have worked at Harrier Grange since 2017 and started as the Hostess looking after the residents, making sure they had everything they needed. In 2019 I moved to the position of Receptionist which is a position I really enjoy. Having been at Harrier Grange since it opened, I have the good fortune of knowing all the residents and their families really well and pride myself in always being there to help in any way I can.
