Elena Stefan is Care Home Manager at St Michaels Court.
I started my career as a Care Assistant, and through hard work and determination, I have progressed to higher roles within the care sector.
In 2019 I was promoted to a Registered Manager position, commissioning a large residential home. I was able to build up a wealth of experience in caring for people with different needs. I hold a level 5 in Leadership and Management that gave me a real understanding of the skills required in managing people.
I am passionate about my work, providing a homely, safe, and happy environment for our residents, and I feel determined in making sure we focus on the individuals needs and their happiness.
In September 2024, I joined St Michaels Court. I am being supported by a strong team who all have the same passion for providing person-centred care.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, going out for country walks. I like reading and listening to music.
