Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Carer Team Leader

Hi there, my name is Adrian and I have been caring at St Michael's Court since 2011.

My favourite part of being with St Michael's Court is being with the residents, their stories are fascinating and I love learning about their life. The most rewarding aspect of my role are the little 'thank yous' from residents for supporting their well-being.

I want the residents to be looked after they way I would want my mother to be cared for, everyone here should be treated with dignity; this is their home. One activity in particular that I love is that we have a parachute in the lounge and bouncing a ball. It is so much fun, the residents love it.

Come and say hello next time you visit.

Hello my name is Nancy and I am the Wellbeing Lead at St Michael's Care Home.

I have been with St Michael's Court since 2019 and my favourite thing about my role is spending lots of time with the residents. The most rewarding aspect is to see them smiling and to know they are happy.

I love doing musical activities with residents, especially singing.

Please feel free to come and join in with a song next time you visit.

Finance Administrator

Hello, my name is Stacey, and I am the Home Administrator at St Michael's Court Care Home.

I have been with St Michael's since 2016, originally as Residential Services Manager before moving into the Home Administrator position. Prior to St Michael's, I have been with Runwood Homes since 2009 starting my career as a care assistant.

My favourite aspect of the role is supporting families when they first contact St. Michael's as they search for a care home. I love to be that supporting arm around their shoulder on their journey and to see their loved one be happy and settled once they move in. Knowing that I am making a difference to the residents and the team is the most rewarding part of my day.

I love working at St Michael's Court because we are one big family!

Feel free to pop by next time you visit, my door is always open.
