Meet The Manager

Sue Kent is Manager at Newland House.

Newland House is more than a Care Home to my team and I - it’s a place filled with people who love what they do and want to make a difference. I have a dedicated team of whom I am very proud, a team that care and who I would have looked after my loved ones in a heartbeat. I pride myself in ensuring our residents have the best lives they possibly can in an environment which is safe, happy and fun. I want to see them live, not exist, and my team makes sure of this, which means they have fun too, and it’s this which makes Newland a lovely place to live and work - I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Sue Kent

Newland House, located in the historic town of Witney in Oxfordshire is an impressive residential home, steeped in tradition both inside and out. Originally home to three generations of blanket industrialists – the prominent Early family – Newland House has been thoughtfully redesigned, incorporating all of its original features. This design process has resulted in a safe and comfortable home for our residents, making Newland House one of the most appealing care homes in Oxfordshire.
