Lisa Wilde is Home Manager at Mountside Residential Care Home.
I have been the Manager of Mountside since July 2021. I have over 25 years of experience in the health and social care field, with large parts of it spent working with care homes to improve their services, and working with CQC as a regulatory inspector. I have a lot of different experiences that I bring to Mountside so that together we can be a highly valued care service. Our goal is to offer high-quality services that we expect and that our Residents deserve.
We are here to ensure that your time spent with us is time that you will blossom and grow. We support our residents and make sure that they can carry on doing what they always used to, as well as offering plenty of opportunities for them to try out something new.
At Mountside Care Home, we are not about a one size fits all approach. Our team take the time to get to know our residents and tailor support to them as individuals.
It could be that you are searching for the best in residential care. Perhaps there is a need for more specialist dementia care. Or you may simply need some short-term support by staying with us in one of our respite rooms. Whatever the service that you require, we have a team of caring, experienced professionals who are the best at what they do.
