Middlesbrough Grange is a purpose-built residential care home split over two floors in the heart of the local community of Netherfields in Middlesbrough. On one of these floors is a dedicated area for people living with dementia/Alzheimer’s who require more specialist support.

The home features three comfortable lounges. In addition, we have three dining rooms serving fresh home-cooked food, an inner and outer courtyard, a shop and a hairdressing salon.

Our Wellbeing Team organise a weekly schedule of pastimes and entertainment to keep life fun and engaging for everyone. Each day is different, but activities can range from simple pleasures such as reading the morning newspaper or going for a walk in our grounds, through to arts and crafts, exercise classes, bingo, pamper sessions and live entertainment – the list really is endless!

We encourage participation in our activities, while remaining respectful and reflective of the overall wellbeing and interests of each person living with us. Ultimately, it’s down to personal choice.
