Meet The Manager
Caron Flynn is Manager at Manor Croft Care Home.
Caron always told herself that she would run Manor Croft Care Home one day, and that particular dream has come true.
Caron was officially made our Registered Manager in May 2024, having been Deputy since December 2023, but she has worked at Manor Croft for 13 years and during that time has undertaken every role possible, so we couldn’t have chosen anyone better as our Manager.
Manor Croft Care Home in Dewsbury provides residential and nursing care for up to 40 residents. This includes long-term, short-term and respite care, as well as specialist care for people with complex needs such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Our Wellbeing Team organise a weekly schedule of pastimes and entertainment to keep life fun and engaging for everyone. Each day is different, but activities can range from simple pleasures such as reading the morning newspaper or going for a walk in our grounds, through to arts and crafts, exercise classes, bingo, pamper sessions and live entertainment – the list really is endless! |
