Meet The Manager

Patricia Napier is Home Manager at Little Court Care Home.

I am committed to working with the residents, their loved ones and the entire team to help provide the best environment and highest standard of care possible.

I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and have been a registered nurse since 2007, working in palliative and pneumology care. I have been part of the MG Homes team since 2014.

I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide clinical support to both residents and staff in order to deliver the best person-centered care to those we support.

Our Photos

Little Court has the right people, philosophy and environment to provide bespoke care in a way which opens up possibilities rather than restrict choices. As well as long term care, the team at Little Court specialises in respite and rehabilitation for those who need that extra support at a difficult time. People can rest and recuperate before going back to their own home.

Our staff really get to know everyone who lives with us by spending time with each person every day, ensuring every need is met and, most importantly, that every resident is happy.

Our staff are always here to help - with their caring nature and willingness to learn, they strive for continuous improvement to make sure your dignity and, most importantly, your choice at the forefront of care is delivered.

For us, care is not simply about meeting medical needs, it is about making sure life is lived to the full.

Our Team
Head Chef

I am Italian. It is my job to ensure the residents receive delicious and nutritious food every day.

I like to talk to residents regularly to understand what our residents like to eat and plan our menus accordingly. We also cater for any special dietary requirements a resident may have.

We try to offer our residents variety and choice at every meal and always use fresh and seasonal produce.

Front of House

I am MG Homes administrator, my role at MG Homes is very varied and ranges from staff recruitment to dealing with customer enquiries.

I enjoy working here because the people are great and everyone works as a team.

There’s a really good atmosphere and everyone works hard to give the residents the best experiences.

Activities Coordinator

Joined 2015

I have been working for MG Homes since January 2015. I am one of 3 activities co-ordinators. We develop a weekly activity plan according to the resident’s preferences and their life history.

We try to incorporate the local community into the home, bringing external life to the residents. I really enjoy my job because the team are great and supportive, and the residents are very happy.

I get great job satisfaction from making the residents smile in a happy environment.
