The Home Manager

Stacey has a close history with Lavender Hills, from when her mum used to run the home. With a strong history in care and years of experience, Stacey has proven herself to be a passionate home manager and an advocate for always putting resident's first.

Deputy Manager

Kala's enthusiasm and ‘can-do’ attitude is infectious within the home. She's always willing to stop for a chat and as an avid traveller she’s always got an incredible story to share - whether it’s snorkelling with Whale sharks in Mexico or riding a camel in the Sahara Desert.

Lavender Hills Suppawter

Dave was actually supposed to be called Bailey, but refused to answer to anything other than Dave. Clearly Dave has a mind of his own, and if you’re staying with us, you’re sure to cross paths with him at some point as he often likes to come in with Stacey from time to time for his dose of treats and affection!

Jeannie comes from a big family. Being one of nine children she learnt early on that sharing really is caring. This is why she loves working here at Lavender Hills so much. In her own words, she comes from a big family, and now she’s found an even bigger one.

Head Chef

With over 20 years experience as a chef for pubs and restaurants, Andy has delighted residents with amazing, traditional meals and delectable deserts. He's keen to promote nutrition and healthy eating with food that tastes great, catering to all dietary requirements.

Activities Co-ordinator

Abi's role means that every resident makes the most out of their stay at Lavender Hills, taking part in regular activities that support mental, physical and emotional wellbeing - whether it's a dance in our terrace lounge, a quiz with the gents or baking treats in our kitchen.

Care Team

Working as a carer requires passion and dedication to the role you are doing and taking the role seriously, it also takes a good amount of positivity, communication and a sense of humour.

Working in the care sector is an amazing opportunity for me to learn more and more every day and have amazing experiences and opportunities looking after and getting to know many people.

I enjoy everything about being part of the Millennium team, especially having an amazing support system within the team at Lavender Hills.

Care Team

I have worked in care for 8 years and I love everything about working at Lavender Hills. I am passionate about providing high standards of care and promoting residents choice, dignity and respect.

In my free time, I am a member of the Army reserves and I enjoy running, going out dancing, shoe shopping and spending time with my family and friends. I always have a smile on my face and my laughter is heard throughout the home

Care Team

I have worked in Care for 2 years and I love it, I can’t even imagine doing anything else. I joined the Lavender Hills family in July 2021 and I love it, I was welcomed in straight away and feel like it is a home away from home.

I am a mum to 3 boys who keep me very busy when I am not at work. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I love going out for nice meals and a few cheeky gins.

Team Leader

Zeria has been in the care sector for 10 years after being a high school teacher in Africa. He currently works as a Senior and Team Leader.

Zerai is caring, patient, friendly and compassionate. He has learnt a lot from his current role and has gained invaluable experience.

Zeria loves football, going out and travelling to places and meeting new people and different cultures. He loves to intermingle with other cultures because he believes there is beauty in learning and being fascinated by other cultures and personal experiences.
