Gail is very passionate about improving quality of life in care homes and ensuring that all her Lakeside family (both staff and residents) enjoy their time at Lakeside.


Located just north of Wigan, Lakside visitors can stay at a luxurious setting nestled amid trees and nature, near the stunning Worthington Lake.

Lakeside welcomes our residents with a grand entrance, accessed by a tree-lined driveway in mature gardens. Once you see Lakeside, it’s clear that standards at at an all-time high – in scenery, furnishing and above all care.

Jimmy is a rambunctious fellow, loved and adored by everyone at Lakeside – and he certainly knows it! Every morning, without, fail, he is running up to residents for his regular pets and attention.
