Meet The Manager
Sajila Mano is Home Manager at Kings Lodge Nursing Home.
I have been working at Kings Since 2013, started my career as a qualified nurse, promoted to head of care, deputy manager and recently promoted to a Home Manager. We have a wonderful team who are dedicated to achieving the common goal of ensuring our residents are well cared for. I also am responsible for the training of our staff to ensure their knowledge and skill set is maintained so our residents receive the highest quality of care.
I have maintained a very good professional relationship with multidisciplinary team including GP’s and community matrons which helps me to effectively run the home. I enjoy working at Kings and feel so proud to be part of the Future Care Group.
Kings Lodge Nursing Home is a well established care home in Chichester. As a purpose-built building, our residents benefit from a beautiful home that sits on the edge of Chichester Harbour in Bosham.
Our standard of care is always exemplary, ensuring that you benefit from care that is tailored to your individual needs. We allow you the independence that is so important in maintaining a good quality of life, and we will forge meaningful relationships with you. We will also encourage you to form friendships with your peers. Our residential care nurses are experts at caring for our residents. They will find out your individual needs to provide care that is tailored to you. No matter whether you need respite care, care for dementia patients, residential care, or nursing care, we are the professionals to come to. We prioritise supporting our residents so that they experience a joyful life.
With 77 spacious rooms for our residents to enjoy, including personal showers, residents have access to high-quality facilities as well as 24-hour care. We pride ourselves on having modern facilities and technology in order to offer our residents the best care possible.
