Caroline Cheeseman is General Manager at Groveland Park Care Home.
Caroline began her career in the care industry 20 years ago in the NHS, enjoying her role as a Care Assistant in A&E, where she worked for 5 years. She then transferred to the private sector as a home manager, where she has cared for residents with nursing, residential and dementia needs, adopting a person-centred, holistic approach to support physical and mental wellbeing.
Caroline is a hands-on manager who prides herself on getting to know each resident and their families to ensure the highest level of care and support is provided to everyone, believing that our residents are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re incredibly proud of Groveland Park’s state-of-the-art design, its facilities, its comfortable rooms and its attractive furnishings, which were built in 2013.
Our top priority is to deliver the best possible care while never losing sight of the happiness of each and every resident. There are as many personalities in our home as there are residents; providing customised lifestyle care comes as naturally to us as ensuring residents receive the medical care they need.
However residents like to spend their time, we ensure their lifestyle choices are respected and catered for.
Our ethos is to provide an environment where our residents can lead fulfilling lives and remain as independent as possible, while respecting their capabilities, desires and individuality.
Groveland Park residents and families can have peace of mind from our all-inclusive pricing policy. The fee is dependent on the room available or chosen and the care needs determined during the pre-admission assessment.
