Welcome to our peaceful purpose-built care centre near the charming town of Horsham, West Sussex.Set in an area of natural beauty, surrounded by trees and wildlife, Windermere House is a spacious retreat for older people requiring nursing care and for those living with long-term neurological conditions such as acquired brain injury.

An outstanding range of facilities are complemented by an expert team focused on helping those we support to maximise their social, emotional, intellectual and physical potential.

We are lucky to have such a great team here. They are skilled and experienced and through such a challenging time they have been so resilient and hardworking. Every day they commit to doing their best.

Windermere House Care Centre is located in a tranquil countryside setting near Horsham, West Sussex. The centre offers nursing care for older people while also supporting those with long-term neurological conditions.

Our team at Windermere House are highly skilled in supporting those living with acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and motor neurone disease. There is a wealth of facilities onsite including two hydrotherapy pools, a salt cave, a cinema room, and innovative assistive technology to improve outcomes for the people we support.

We're also proud to offer an in-house physiotherapy team who work with our residents to enhance mobility and quality of life.
